Multi-Rackets Sessions — Learn, Play, Enjoy!

Our Multi-Rackets sessions give every child the chance to explore the fundamental skills of pickleball, padel, tennis and badminton in a fun, supportive and inclusive environment. Each week, children learn through simple activities that build confidence, coordination and communication.

We focus on:
Basic racket and ball skills – tracking, striking, tapping, rallying.
Movement skills – balance, footwork and spatial awareness.
Teamwork and turn-taking – working with partners and small groups.
Clear, visual instructions – using demonstrations, simple language and consistent routines.
Adapted equipment – softer balls, larger targets and flexible rules so every child can succeed.

These sessions are designed to be SEND-friendly, with plenty of choice, reassurance and opportunities for success. Children can learn at their own pace, try new sports, and enjoy being active in a calm, positive setting.
