Multi Sport Movers is an exciting, action-packed class designed to introduce young children to the fundamentals of sport through fun, engaging activities. Combining dance, movement, and basic ball sports, each session helps children build confidence while developing essential physical and social skills.
Children will explore a variety of activities including running, jumping, balancing, throwing, catching, kicking, dribbling, dancing, and obstacle courses. Using age-appropriate equipment such as soft balls, beanbags, hoops, cones, balance beams, parachutes, ribbons, and agility ladders, little movers will learn the basic techniques that form the foundation of many different sports.
Our classes focus on developing coordination, balance, agility, strength, spatial awareness, listening skills, teamwork, and confidence, all within a positive and supportive environment. Through structured play and imaginative games, children are encouraged to stay active, try new challenges, and develop a lifelong love of movement and sport.
Multi Sport Movers is the perfect stepping stone for children beginning their sporting journey, helping them build the skills and confidence needed to enjoy a wide range of sports as they grow.
